I am in the process of buying a scooter (put the down payment on it yesterday). This morning I saw a scooter parked on the sidewalk outside my work in downtown Boston. Is this legal? I didn’t see a ticket on it. I would like to know this ahead of time so I don’t take up a car’s parking spot if I don’t have to. Could I park it next to a bike rack?
I would like to buy a scooter. I know nothing about them. What is the best scooter for the money? If you take them to the grocery store, how do you keep people from stealing them? They look like you could just pick them up and carry them away. Are they hard to drive? Would a motorcycle be a better buy than a scooter?
Why are the controls on my Kymco Bet and Win 150 Scooter different from the manuel? The manuel says i have hazard lights but where they should be on the bike i have a engine cut off switch. Please help.
The Manual i recived by the dealership said it is correct for this model.
k, i just made this scooter out of a shoe box nd my skateboard weels. I have to accelerate it with a rubber band but i can’t get it to work.
I am waiting for shipment of a scooter I bought from an online dealers (Baron.) I will have a certificate of origin and a VIN. To what office should I go to get it titled and registered. Is it different than just going in to buy tags for your car? How much will it cost. I’m in Texas.

I would like to know how many people have a car and a scooter and of those people how many ride their scooter and have their cars just sitting there.
I do not have a motorcycle license, so I cannot rent a motorcycle but I would like to rent a scooter for a few days to take from Venice to Rome. Does anyone know how much this will cost? Could I get away with a 50cc? or a 100-125cc? or do I need a 250cc to take that far?

The scooter idols just fine and will maintain a good idol but when the gas is applied it often times dies. It is sometime a little hard to start as well. It has a 2 stroke engine.
