I’m looking into buying a Vespa scooter and want to be able to ride on freeways and highways. The scooter that I’m looking at purchasing tops out at 70 mph. Is that sufficient speed for the highway/freeway? Is weight also a factor when trying to determine the road readiness of your scooter? Thank you in advance.

And what is the largest bike that you can drive with only a driver’s licence? And can you drive a scooter/vespa with only a motorbike licence (without a driver’s licence)? I’m too young now, but I want to know so I can start saving up for my dream Vespa. [:
