I want to get one of those motor scooters (convenient for transportation where I will be living next year), BUT I don't know how to ride one! I think it must be pretty simple - easier to ride than a motorcycle. How can I learn how to ride one before buying one?

i just got a motor scooter it's a 1 cyl 80 cc motor scooter it doesn't have enough windshield or other things for it to go on the highway.......but it goes more than 20 mph so in ma does that mean it's a moped or a motorcycle?

I have a 21 mile commute. I'm thinking about getting a motorscooter to make the commute more economical. I'm not really the motorcycle type. What kind of scooter should I look for? I need it to be cheap because I'm still paying on my car.
That's 21 miles one way. total of 42 miles round trip.

I would like to buy a scooter. I know nothing about them. What is the best scooter for the money? If you take them to the grocery store, how do you keep people from stealing them? They look like you could just pick them up and carry them away. Are they hard to drive? Would a motorcycle be a better buy than a scooter?

How old do you have to be to be able to drive a motorcycle/moped in the state of PA or at least have a license or something?

Moped is half bike and half motorcycle,right? I've never seen people riding mopeds here in Southern California where I live.
