I am just wondering because im getting a scooter as i am 16 and needed to know what is the difference between the two. Also could anybody tell me what kind of BHP a 50cc moped/scooter would have? And does anyone know if the 'pulse lightspeed' is a good scooter/moped? Thanks alot its a great help if you know the answer to any of my questions.

I really need to save money on gas, therefore I am thinking to get a moped in the near future. Yet, does anybody know what should I do if I buy a street legal moped or scooter? Do I need to buy insurance? Can I ride it on the freeway? Please help me with my question if you happen to know the answer.
I forgot to ask what to do after I buy a scooter? How to register? With MSO, what is the next step?

I would like to improve gas mileage on a MC-DO3B TAHITI 150cc Moped Scooter. It can go roughly 60mph+ and can get up to 80mpg but i would like to if i could improve the gas mileage even more. Any tips on tuning, new parts, or anything else that i can do to raise the mpg on my scooter. Thanks for your help

im planning on getting a moped/vespa/scooter/motorized bike/criuser/motor bike/pedicab/rickshaw, that is for sure street legal. im looking for one that does not require a license to drive it on the streets. how high can the mph go untill its not legal without a license anymore?
