How high can the miles per hour go on your moped without needing a license to drive it?

im planning on getting a moped/vespa/scooter/motorized bike/criuser/motor bike/pedicab/rickshaw, that is for sure street legal. im looking for one that does not require a license to drive it on the streets. how high can the mph go untill its not legal without a license anymore?
