Can one carry a motor scooter on the front of an SUV?

I have a Kymco P150. I have a front mounted trailer hitch and
versahaul ramp. Are there any laws that prohibit me from carrying the scooter on the front of my vehicle. It’s an 04 Chevy
Suburban 1500 2WD. I’ll also be towing a travel trailer on the back.
