I suggest not to buy a Moped cause you can’t use them in the freeway or highway.

I don’t think there is insurance. People die from mopeds and in the news they say there is no insurance for mopeds.

Don’t worry you can also buy a car in Hawaii in any of the islands .

I think a moped is better suited for a tourist in hawaii.

They are so incredibly unsafe. Don’t do it.

yah, you can use a moped for transportation. a lot of people do…i used to! i miss my pink moped…=[ yes, mopeds need insurance and registration and i honestly don’t know if you need a license because i never had one. oh, and you need a helmet. other than that you should be good. i haven’t heard of a rack for a surfboard on a moped but that could be because i don’t surf. oh, and as far as freeways go…only oahu has freeways.

Hawaii’s got commuting like anywhere else, so I wouldn’t depend on just having a moped.

I just take the bus myself…LOL

    actually YES! because it is
very convenient in such a small
    place like Hawai’i………but
you will stick out like a sore thumb because
not many people from hawaii (the locals)
    drive that around.
i know because i was born && raised on the island
    of hawaii! =]

but you wont stick out that bad if you go to one
of the islands like Oahu && stuff because
those islands are the bigger less tropical
feeling ones with the big BUILDINGS AND STUFF
