What materials are used to make a kick scooter wheel?

It’s a question that is bugging me at the moment
I know it has rubber so don’t just say that please
but the scooter also has a material coating on the exterior and I would really like to know that
P.S: I am actually referring to the wheel and nothing else..

    Depends on the scooter.

    It may have plastic, formed steel or aluminium wheels, if plastic then it is grey variety and usually it gets painted, to give nice finish. Steel wheel is also painted, only aluminium wheel, some times is not painted it may be anodised or clear coated, most painted surface is clear coated for durability.
