What is the maximum weight a 50cc Scooter will carry and can they be modified to carry more weight?

My license has been revoked for speeding and I need transportation but I am a very solid 5’9″, 260 pound woman. Will a 50cc scooter pull me?

   Yes, but not at high speeds, so maybe around town. Keep the air pressure up in the tires. I think you can probably only drive a moped without a license.

   yes you can but you wont be going fast 20 to 30 mph which might keep you out of trouble.

   I don’t think so. I can’t imagine this scooter is rated for more than 160 pounds.
