What are the Missouri laws for a motor scooter?

Is a lisence required? Does it matter if the scooter is 49cc, 50cc, 100cc,150cc? Can you ride all of them in the street, or just certain types? Does it matter how fast they go?

   The CC of the scooter does make a difference, in most states you do not need a license for a scooter under 50cc. Some interstates have a CC minimum limit. Call a local DMV, they should be able to tell you exactly what is required for your location.
