   I live in NY my brother lives in TN.I say look at the news paper or just ask around.My landlord son has one it’s a 2006 50cc still has the plastic saran wrap type on both the seat and dash.He,s asking $1500 neg.Thats out of your range but i’d check out ebay if i was you.Good luck and happy motoring.
