You know the risks vs. benefits of your situation better than we do but BE CAREFUL! I've been stopped 3 times on my 49cc Yamaha Vino so the cop could hassle me for no reason. I was 100% compliant on ALL laws and regs but the cops get a kick out of it I guess. They'll waste your time with stupid sh*t like: "Sooooo...how many cc's is that?" They haven't been able to ticket me for anything-just hassle me. It sounds like you might get in trouble though. Some states you don't have to have a license. I am a truck driver across the country and have never seen it. If you really need to get some where than it is worth it. Check with the dmv to see.
