How old do you have to be to be able to drive a motorcycle/moped in the state of PA?

   Motorcylce on road 16
   Motorcycle off road No age
   Moped 16

   you can get your learners permit the day you turn 16. the only limitations are that you may not have a passenger and you may not ride after dark. after having the permit for 6 months you can get your license by either going to the dmv and taking the moto license test… or taking the MSF class (highly recommended… it is free, fun, and you use their bike so if you beat it up or drop it…. no big deal)
   if you are 18 you can get your license the next day by the same two ways.

   old enough to know that you would better serve yourself by calling the DMV in your state rather than asking the rest of the world hoping we tell you the accurate truth
