If it doesn't its a scooter. Scooter alarm systems are notorious for killing the battery. You can go to Walmart and pick up a battery charger. But be careful not to overcharge it. You can also go to your local motorcycle shop and get yourself a Battery Tender Jr. Once the battery is fully charged, it will turn itself off. I wouldn't recommended it, but if you do try to jump start it with a car, make sure the car is off! If it has pedals, its moped. If it doesn’t its a scooter.
