How can I change the spark plug in a baja sc50 motor scooter?

My baja scooter won’t run. I checked the battery, and it is good. Now I want to rule out a bad spark plug. Any ideas on where it is located? The owner manual is no help.

   There is a panel under the rubber floor mat. pullit up ,you should see a panel held down with a couple of screwws remove them and you should be able to see the spark plug wire .I think you can take it from there.
