Do you need a motorcycle license or anything else to drive a motor scooter on the road?

   Different countries and different states have different laws. We need to know where you are.
   You have to have a driver’s license.

   In California if its under 50cc all you need is a drivers license.

   usually not in California if the scooter is under 120cc no license required But , she does need a regular car license
