Can one carry a motor scooter on the front of an SUV?

I have a Kymco P150. I have a front mounted trailer hitch and
versahaul ramp. Are there any laws that prohibit me from carrying the scooter on the front of my vehicle. It's an 04 Chevy
Suburban 1500 2WD. I'll also be towing a travel trailer on the back.

   put it in the back if you pit it up front it may decrease te line of sight i don`t know any law that restricts that

   I would attach the carrier in the back. The scooter may block some of you vision in the front. Maybe mount the scooter on the back of the trailer.

   sure it will stay a lot cleaner on the front too especially in the rain. but you may have to take the handle bars off so your vision isn’t partially blocked.
