Can I legally bring an electric bike and motor scooter to the USA from China?

I have lived in Beijing China for a couple years and have spent most of my time traveling by either the use of an electric bicycle or by the means of a motor scooter. I have found both vehicles fun and efficient ways to get where I need to go with very little cost and emission worries. Can I bring these items (or one or the other) back to the USA with me legally, and if so, what might be the easiest way to get them back home? Thank your for answers in advance. Happy Commuting

yes for the bike for sure but for the price that your gonna pay to ship it over here you might as well sell them and purchase one here in the states
