		<description>Electric cars cost about 3 to 5 cents a mile to run.   I would guess your scooter costs maybe a penny a mile, IE. perhaps about 10 miles per kilowatt hour, more or less. 
You would think the manual that comes with the bike would tell you!   You could of course get a solar panel that would power the bike for free, but probably expensively!</description>

You may have to pay hundreds of $ for Uninsured drivers insurance as we do in TX, then get a refund if you don&#039;t feel it is a good deal; better to get health insurance that covers accidents, perhaps.
