I am interested in purchasing a 250cc motor scooter. I live in Maryland. What kind of license do i need to operate one? What is the fastest that I can go on the road? Am I allowed to go on highways? Will I need insurance and registration?
I am just wondering because im getting a scooter as i am 16 and needed to know what is the difference between the two. Also could anybody tell me what kind of BHP a 50cc moped/scooter would have? And does anyone know if the ‘pulse lightspeed’ is a good scooter/moped? Thanks alot its a great help if you know the answer to any of my questions.
I’m looking for a scooter to use during the summer months going from home to work and around town. I’d like for it to be big enough to take on some major roads. I’d also like it to be pretty cheap. What are some good makes and models I should look at? They can be used too.
It sounds like he must have just dumped the motor scooter, and came up with a wild story. Opinions?
Is a lisence required? Does it matter if the scooter is 49cc, 50cc, 100cc,150cc? Can you ride all of them in the street, or just certain types? Does it matter how fast they go?
