I have a scooter with an after market muffler. It keeps rusting. I've cleaned the rust off with naval jelly and repainted it with high temp. paint but it just rusts up again. Please help.

I have a 2007 400 Schwinn motor scooter. It's been running fine since Christmas. Now, I accidentally charged it in ON mode. It will turn on and it says Full on the battery gauge. But it wont go when I turn the handle. How can I make it work? I didn't permanitly break it did I?
The warrenty is up in four days so i could bring it in!

I was thinking of getting a gas weed eater and try to put the engine from that on a kick scooter. Would the work? Or maybe even a fan motor, i am not sure.

how do you take the handle bars out of a motor scooter?
i tried twisting it to the left and the right
but nothing seems to work.

I am in the market for a new 150cc motor scooter, but there are so many new brands that I am not that familiar with. Does anyone have any recommendations on a quality 150cc scooter? I will mostly be cruising around town on it and going on fairly short little joy rides. Thanks in advance.

I am looking for a scooter that I will drive on a daily basis about 100 miles round trip. I did some research and figured I would need a 150 cc at least. I went to the places here that sell them and some online scooterdepot, safewholesale and atvdeals those companies are at least 1/2 of what the local companies sell. The dealers up here said that they don't sell quality scooters. So I need to know if anybody can give me any advice?

I live in California (Los Angeles) and I want a scooter but I don't know what I need to present to have a scooter registered. I have heard that Chinese scooters can't and can be registered. Can someone please tell me what a scooter needs to have in order for it to be registered and ridden in California; on the freeways and streets.
