I'm am looking into getting a Vespa/ Motor Scooter. I was looking at the Piaggio FLY 50 for $1,899 / FLY150 for $2,899, I know there has to be a better deal somewhere. So if anyone knows of a good site or a store in NJ, let me know.

I'm turning 14 soon and i heard that they are about to change the age that you can drive to 18 so I'm thinking about getting a motor scooter because im way to lazy to bike 2 miles to the mall so what are the regulations and stuff for the state of virginia?

Last summer I bought a yamaha vino 125, mostly because it gets 70 mpg.

I assume it also helps reduce greenhouse emissions, but does it really? Does a motor scooter burn gasoline as clean as my Honda Civic?

I am interested in purchasing a 250cc motor scooter. I live in Maryland. What kind of license do i need to operate one? What is the fastest that I can go on the road? Am I allowed to go on highways? Will I need insurance and registration?

I'm looking into buying a Vespa scooter and want to be able to ride on freeways and highways. The scooter that I'm looking at purchasing tops out at 70 mph. Is that sufficient speed for the highway/freeway? Is weight also a factor when trying to determine the road readiness of your scooter? Thank you in advance.

I have a Schwinn 750 watt Electric Scooter. I charge it about three times a week. I'm curious to know whether or not this has a significant effect on my monthly electric bill. I have to admit, though, I don't know much about electricity in general.

So I suppose my question is: How much energy does this thing actually use? How many kwh?

My 150cc scooter engine just disengaged the wheal. Riding along at about 35, the thing just stopped going. The engine still starts and stops like normal and revs up, but it won't go. Any ideas? I'd like to do the work myself, as the repair shop isn't cheap.
