Where can i find a cheap motor scooter, pocket rocket, or a minibike? I cant get anything off ebay and my price range is $50-$100. Please help

I want to get one of those motor scooters (convenient for transportation where I will be living next year), BUT I don't know how to ride one! I think it must be pretty simple - easier to ride than a motorcycle. How can I learn how to ride one before buying one?

Two days ago, I bought a Razor E175 electric scooter. It works fine. The speed is a little on the low, though. It's only aboutr 8 MPH. However, I don't really care.
The battery life is what I'm worried about. It only lasts for 40 minutes. Is there any way I can improve the battery life without buying a new battery?

I have a 2007 400 Schwinn motor scooter. It's been running fine since Christmas. Now, I accidentally charged it in ON mode. It will turn on and it says Full on the battery gauge. But it wont go when I turn the handle. How can I make it work? I didn't permanitly break it did I?

I have lived in Beijing China for a couple years and have spent most of my time traveling by either the use of an electric bicycle or by the means of a motor scooter. I have found both vehicles fun and efficient ways to get where I need to go with very little cost and emission worries. I have a 49cc motor scooter and I am having a problem with the electric start. I turn the ignition on, hold to back brake and press the electric start and all I get is a ticking sound. It will not start using the electric start, only the kick start. I'm thinking it could be either the battery, electric start assembly or the starter relay. How can I test to find out what is wrong?

I am in the market for a new 150cc motor scooter, but there are so many new brands that I am not that familiar with. Does anyone have any recommendations on a quality 150cc scooter? I will mostly be cruising around town on it and going on fairly short little joy rides. Thanks in advance.
